Each customer gets a private web portal at their own URL — for example, portal.steadypost.io/sunrise-cafe. They log in, drop in photos or videos, and we take it from there. It works from any device including a phone, so they can upload right from the shop floor.

On Basic, the more you upload the more consistent your posting will be — but you can batch upload a month's worth of photos at once and we'll space them out automatically. On Premium, we create content for you, so even if you don't upload anything, your accounts stay active.

Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, and Pinterest. Basic customers pick 3 of those 4. Premium customers get access to all 4. These are the platforms with stable, developer-friendly APIs — so your posts go out reliably every time, no surprises.

Yes — completely. During setup we ask which days of the week you want posts to go out and what time you prefer for each. Want Wednesday at 10am, Saturday at noon, and Sunday at 3pm? That's exactly what gets configured. You can also request a schedule change at any time and we'll update it for you.

Premium includes 2 short-form reels per month (typically 15–30 seconds), produced for Instagram Reels. We use footage you upload through your portal, or can work with photos and graphics if you don't have video. You review each reel before it goes live and can request changes.

Yes. You'll receive a weekly digest showing everything scheduled for the next 7 days. Approve each post individually, edit the caption, or reschedule. You can also set your account to fully automatic and never touch the approval step.

Absolutely. No contracts, no cancellation fees, no "call to cancel" nonsense. Cancel from your account settings at any time and your plan continues until the end of the billing period. We'll send a reminder 3 days before your trial ends too — no surprises.
