These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SteadyPost platform, including the customer portal at portal.steadypost.xyz and the marketing website at steadypost.xyz, operated by SteadyPost ("we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account or using SteadyPost, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
SteadyPost provides a social media content scheduling and publishing service for local businesses. The service includes a private upload portal, secure content hosting, automated caption generation, and scheduled publishing to connected social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, and Pinterest).
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to operate the business account you register to use SteadyPost. By creating an account, you represent that these conditions are met.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@steadypost.xyz if you suspect unauthorized access.
You retain full ownership of all photos, videos, and other content you upload to SteadyPost ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant SteadyPost a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and publish Your Content solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you.

You agree not to use SteadyPost to:
SteadyPost is a subscription service billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you select. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
Free trial: New accounts include a 7-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period. You will be notified by email before your trial ends.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Your service continues until the end of the current billing period — there are no partial refunds for unused time. There are no cancellation fees.
Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any price change. Founding customers are locked at their original rate and are not subject to price increases as long as their subscription remains active.
SteadyPost publishes content via the official APIs of Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, and Pinterest. We are not affiliated with these platforms. Changes to their APIs, policies, or terms of service may affect our ability to publish on their platforms. We will notify you of any significant disruptions but are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party platform changes.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, system failures, or events outside our control may temporarily affect posting. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and notify you of planned maintenance.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@steadypost.xyz. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
Upon termination, your uploaded content will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You may request immediate deletion at any time.
SteadyPost is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any particular post will go live at any specific time or reach any specific audience.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SteadyPost's liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business, lost revenue, or loss of data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date and notify active customers by email if the changes are material. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
