SteadyPost ("we," "us," or "our") operates the SteadyPost platform, including the customer portal at portal.steadypost.xyz and the marketing website at steadypost.xyz. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
By using SteadyPost, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, business name, and email address.
Content you upload: Photos and videos you upload through your portal are stored on our servers for the purpose of scheduling and publishing to your connected social media platforms.
Social media credentials: To publish on your behalf, we store access tokens for connected platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, Pinterest). These tokens are encrypted at rest and never shared.
Usage data: We log basic activity within your portal (uploads, scheduled posts, published posts) to operate the service and provide you with analytics.
Communication: If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence to assist you.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your content to train AI models.
Your uploaded content and account data are stored on servers located in the United States. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted credential storage, and access controls.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We share your data only as necessary to operate the service:

You own all photos and videos you upload. You grant SteadyPost a limited license to store, process, and publish that content solely for the purpose of operating the service for you. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any other purpose.
Upon cancellation, your uploaded content will be retained for 30 days before being permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us at hello@steadypost.xyz.

The SteadyPost portal uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie is strictly necessary for the service to function — it is not used for tracking or advertising.
The marketing website (steadypost.xyz) does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
SteadyPost is intended for use by businesses and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and notify active customers by email if the changes are material.
