Refund Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. SteadyPost is a service of RW Sales LLC, doing business as SteadyPost.

1. Try it free first

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but is not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any time during the trial at no cost. The trial exists so that you can see real posts go out on your accounts before paying anything.

2. Monthly plans

Once a monthly billing period has started, we do not provide refunds for that month. Cancelling stops all future charges, and you keep full access until the end of the month you have already paid for.

3. Annual plans — 30-day money-back guarantee

Annual plans are paid up front, so we back them with a guarantee. If an annual plan is not working out, email us within 30 days of your first annual charge and we will refund that charge in full. No forms, no questions required.

• The guarantee covers your first annual payment only. Annual renewals follow the same rule as monthly plans: cancel before the renewal date to stop the charge, and you keep access through the end of the year you have paid for.
• Premium plans: if we have already edited and delivered Reels for you during those 30 days, they are yours to keep, and we refund the annual charge less one month at the regular Premium monthly rate ($399).

4. Other cases where we refund

• Billing errors: if you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge, or a charge after you cancelled), we refund it in full.
• Service failure: if our service did not publish any content to your connected accounts for an entire billing month because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will refund or credit that month.
• Exceptional circumstances: contact us within 5 business days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.

5. How to cancel or request a refund

Cancel any time from Settings → Plan & Billing in your portal, or email manager@steadypost.xyz. For a refund request, email us with your business name and the charge date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; your card issuer typically shows them within 5–10 business days.

6. Taxes

Any sales tax charged with a refunded payment is refunded with it.
